Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product (3D printed and unique lamps), returns for personal reasons or change of mind are not possible.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have the right to complain within 7 days of receipt.

After filing a complaint via email, we arrange a replacement or refund.

The buyer bears the cost of the return except in the event of our error.
